What are the challenges faced by businesses in the Municipality of Mitrovica in implementing the Law on Public Procurement?

To discuss this topic, we have organized the next meeting with business representatives in the Municipality of Mitrovica. In this meeting, among other things, we discussed the administrative burden arising from the requirements for document notarization, the low usage of the “most economically advantageous” criterion, as well as the possibility that the new law may not foresee the estimated value of contracts in the Tender Dossiers.
