What challenges do businesses in the Municipality of Peja face in implementing the Law on Public Procurement?

To address this issue, we organized a meeting with business representatives in the Municipality of Peja. In this discussion, among other things, a greater engagement of the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission was requested to avoid discriminatory criteria in procurement activities, ensure a fairer use of the economically most favorable criterion, and achieve higher efficiency in the realization of payments by contracting authorities.

This activity was carried out as part of the project “Encouraging transparent, accountable and efficient public money spending through public procurement in Kosovo” funded by the European Union.
