What are the challenges that businesses in the Municipality of Ferizaj face in implementing the Public Procurement Law?

We organized the next meeting with the business community in Ferizaj to discuss the challenges and issues that businesses encounter in implementing this law.

In this discussion, among other things, were emphasized the need to address business confidentiality in public procurement, the reduction of administrative burden in the submission of bids, and the elimination of discriminatory or favorable criteria by contracting authorities.

This activity was carried out within the framework of the project “Encouraging transparent, accountable and efficient public money spending through public procurement in Kosovo,” funded by the European Union.
