What challenges do businesses in the Municipality of Prizren face in implementing the Public Procurement Law?

To discuss this topic, we organized the next meeting with business representatives in the Municipality of Prizren. In this meeting, among other things, the use of public framework contracts, discriminatory or preferential criteria in tender documents, and the issue of revoking professional procurement certificates in cases of violations of public procurement legislation were addressed.

This activity was carried out as part of the project “Encouraging transparent, accountable and efficient public money spending through public procurement in Kosovo”, funded by the European Union.
